Our success is based on your long term mental health where counselling services are tailored to your personal care.

We now offer a weekly drop-in which provides families an opportunity to consult a counselor about their concerns. Call for details.

New patients

All new patients receive a 30 minute phone consultation with a counsellor to establish patient needs.
